Talent Acquisition Advisor – Supply Chain & Finance
Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for managingend-to-end recruitment acrossSupply Chain and Finance functions , partnering closely withhiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to deliverhigh-quality hiring outcomes and anexceptional candidate experience .
The role requiresindependent management of the recruitment lifecycle , fromintake discussions and sourcing strategy throughoffer management, onboarding support, and candidate engagement during the notice period. In addition to recruitment delivery, the role will contribute toTalent Acquisition initiatives and projects that enhance hiring effectiveness, candidate experience, and operational excellence.
