Job Description Summary

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be based in Auckland and responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring top-tier talent across the ANZ region. This role will focus on general recruitment with a particular emphasis on trades roles. A key component of the role is the ability to collaborate and encourage a consistent, fair, and structured recruitment and selection process while enhancing the candidate experience. The successful candidate will need to have experience in New Zealand labour laws and hiring regulations. Using various sourcing techniques, this role will also build talent pools and pipelines within the trades space, to ensure a cost-efficient, high-quality recruitment process that aligns with the company’s goals.
