TAB TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing, adjusting and balancing TAB of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Precisely measure airflow, water flow, and electrical parameters to verify system compliance with design specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot system deficiencies, including air and water leaks, improper valve settings, and equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
• Hold relevant certifications, such as NEBB certification, AABC certification, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in TAB of HVAC systems, demonstrating practical expertise.
