Vacancy Description
The Systems Support Technician is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based in Auckland. This role plays a key part in ensuring reliable and effective technology support across EIT's Auckland campus while also providing remote support to regional campuses and learning sites. The position is responsible for delivering Level 1 and 2 technical support, maintaining digital services and equipment, and contributing to technology initiatives that enhance the experience of students and staff.
The appointing salary for this role will be between $65,000 and $75,000 , dependent on skills and experience.
The Systems Support Technician is based in our Digital Team reporting to the Digital Support Team Leader and will be responsible for:
