Systems Innovation Engineer

What we’re looking for

We're looking for an exceptional Systems Innovation Engineer to bring deep UAV systems expertise into our supply chain organization. In this role, you'll assess drone components and sub-components at a full-system level, ensuring sourcing and evaluation decisions are technically sound, integration-aware, and aligned with how the complete platform performs. This is a technical authority role where you'll bridge R&D and supply chain, directly shaping how Twentyfour sources components for a scaling defense program.

The day-to-day

• Systems authority: act as the systems-engineering authority for SCM, assessing components at the full unmanned-system level
• Component evaluation: proactively evaluate, benchmark, and qualify drone components and suppliers against system-level requirements
