Job Description

Join our dynamic engineering team responsible for supporting over 30 MacLean vehicle types and their subsystems. You will play a pivotal role in establishing, evolving, and executing internal processes within the Engineering V-model of design, ensuring our products meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Support all engineering teams responsible for 30+ MacLean vehicle types and subsystems.

Establish, evolve, and execute internal processes for the major steps of the Engineering V-model of design.

Conduct systematic reviews of international and regional standards, customer specifications, and use cases.

Lead the development of risk assessments and safety concepts, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to define safety-critical functions and risk reduction measures.
