Job Overview

This role is office-based in Mexico and requires professional fluency in English (spoken and written). We are seeking an experienced IBM AIX Systems Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and optimize AIX-based infrastructure in a mission‑critical enterprise environment. The role requires deep expertise in IBM Power Systems, AIX OS administration, and associated technologies such as Power VM, HACMP/Power HA, and storage integration. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, performance, and security while supporting business‑critical applications.

Responsibilities Perform system installations, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Manage logical partitions (LPARs) using Power VM/VIOS.
