Systems Analyst - Information Services

Job Description

• Lead system analysis, design and implementation
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure integrity and availability of systems and data
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as identified through monitoring and incident/service requests from end-users
• Analyze system performance, gather user feedback and recommend enhancements to optimize system efficiency and successful adoption
• Gather requirements, analyze, create design documents, test and perform impact analysis for application changes and development
• Design test cases, create test data, and execute testing/regression testing to ensure solutions are bug-free and meet required technical and business requirements
• Setup and maintenance of end-user accounts and access profiles where required
• Create and maintain thorough system documentation
