Summary See below for important information regarding this job. Responsibilities Serves as technical authority and support on the Storage area Network (SAN) in the enterprise. Serves as a technical advisor on group projects over government and/or contractor resources that provide the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, information assurance adherence and maintenance support of the SAN environment. Ensures all changes to production products follow IT Change Management processes and procedures. Enforces the process of the Defense Logistics Agency system development life cycle and utilizes the appropriate tools to ensure that projects are successfully delivered. Interprets policies and implementation plans used by the Defense Logistics Agency SAN, UNIX, Windows, and database administrators.
