Systems Administrator, DCO (Colorado Passport Agency)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience or a Masters degree and 0 years of experience or an Associates degree and 4 years of experience or a High School Diploma/Equivalent and 6 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship and active Secret Government Security Clearance.
• Must have experience as a systems administrator in a Windows-based environment.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Experience supporting end users in an enterprise IT environment.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Remedy Ticket Management System.
