This position will work out of our **Hawthorne, NY** office.

**Your Impact**

+ Provide human monitoring and operation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) devices and other traffic control devices, and take appropriate actions based upon guidance from current and future SOPs.
+ Traffic Incident Management
+ Coordination of responses for roadway concerns
+ Dispatching of maintenance crews for snow/ice events
+ Database entry for all activities related to incidents, special events, roadway concerns, and call logs.
