Vacancy Description

The I-ERP System of Delivery/Release Manager will own driving the program System of Delivery and the Release Management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across the enterprise within the I-ERP program. The System of Delivery/Release Manager responsibilities also include building the Release Plan, address/track release-wide interdependencies, and working closely with other release managers to create a view of all releases


Must-have skills

  • 8+ years’ experience working in cross-functional and global teams
  • Release management experience and awareness of scaled agile methodology and ceremonies
  • Familiarity with Ford’s scaled agile project tracking tools (Jira, ALM)
  • Awareness of Product Driven Organization model following Agile methodology
  • Strong oral/written communication skills; ability to message at the right level depending on the audience
