IT Infrastructure Support:
- Provide Level 1 technical support to end users, including software & network problems
- Deployment of new computers, including installation of software for end users
- Create & maintain end user accounts (AD & Email)
- Co-ordinate with external vendor for support
- Involve with infrastructure project & setting up new site office
- Responsible for new staff orientation briefing
- Provide on site support to end users
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Create and maintain documentation on technical problems.
- Procurement of IT hardware and software
- Update & maintain IT inventory hardware
- Maintenance of IT inventory lists (hardware/software)
- Disposal of IT hardware
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Min. 2 years...
