System Engineer - Full time (fully onsite)
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (assessment, planning, design, testing, troubleshooting, support, maintenance)
- Install and test proof of concepts, ensure project timelines
- Coordinate major escalations and drive process improvement
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met
- Conduct periodic service and maintenance reviews with customers
Key Requirements
- 3-8 years hands‑on experience with Hyper‑Converged Infrastructure (HCI) – Nutanix, Hyperflex, VSAN, Sangfor, VMware, HyperV, Redhat Virtualization
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, SCCM, MSSQL
- Backup solutions: Veeam, Commvault, Cohesity
- Familiarity with Cloud, Linux, Redhat Openshift, Networking, SharePoint (advantage)
- Strong communication skills in English
