Vacancy Description
We are looking for a System Controller (SYSCON) to be part of one or more teams in Management, Co-ordination, administration and maintenance troubleshooting of IT, IT Security and OEM Telecommunications systems.
Responsibilities: Perform daily duty on system monitoring Perform incident management and escalate incidents to lvl 2 maintenance team Perform weekly EndPoint protection updates Perform end user administration of windows AD, RSA and 2FA token Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection Monitoring and check on physical health status of servers and data center
Requirements
Minimum at least a Diploma in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant working experience in IT Administration (Recommended) Willing to learn. Able to work 12 hours rotating shifts. Able to Multitask. Able to work overtime will be a plus
