System Cloud Engineer

About the role

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, building and optimising reliable cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure. A key focus of the role will be monitoring performance, maximising resource utilisation, improving efficiency and helping to minimise operational costs.

You will also act as a key contact for cloud service providers, helping ensure smooth service delivery, strong operational performance and effective management of service level expectations.

You will be comfortable working independently, collaborating with others, documenting your work clearly, and identifying practical ways technology can improve service delivery.
