System Analyst

As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for the maintenance of software systems and perform system problem solving. You will be part of an agile team responsible for products used by the Financial Industry and the Authority officers for Financial Supervision function.

• Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of IT services;
• Manage outsourced vendors and in-housed contractors to meet the delivery and operation needs of IT services;
• Manage change request, service request and production support issues and ensure service levels are met;
• Review system designs and technical specifications to ensure all requirements are captured to meet system objectives
• Review post production issues and identify root cause and work with vendors on preventive measures;
