Synthetic E-Trading Engineer

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a candidate who has experience designing and building low latency, high-performance Java trading systems, with a strong focus on developing and enhancing pre-trade validation engines to ensure trade accuracy before execution. The engineer will create scalable, highly available distributed systems for real-time trade processing, while partnering closely with traders and business stakeholders to understand workflows and requirements. Responsibilities also include optimizing performance through advanced multithreading and concurrency techniques, contributing to architecture and platform design decisions, and troubleshooting real-time, high-priority production issues. The position requires ongoing collaboration with global teams across multiple time zones within a fast-paced environment.
