My client, a growing Asian bank, is currently searching for a Syndication Manager (Corporate Banking) expansion headcount to join their Singapore office.
Your new role
Your new role will be to support the origination of new financing opportunities by:
Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients
Conducting market research and analysis of industry trends
Review and provide support for extending loans to various industrial sectors by conducting due diligence and preparing credit applications for the internal credit committee
Manage all aspects of execution , from loan documentation, drawdown to monitoring
Arrange syndicated loans and execute necessary procedures, including:
Liaising with relevant parties for the preparation of financing documents
