Key Responsibilities:
Plan organize and conduct practice sessions conditioning programs and competitive events.
Teach fundamental skills strategies and techniques specific to the sport.
Monitor and assess athletes performance development and fitness levels.
Ensure the safety well-being and academic balance of all team members.
Maintain discipline respect and positive team culture among athletes.
Scout and recruit potential athletes (if applicable).
Coordinate with athletic trainers academic staff and other coaches.
Maintain equipment uniforms and facilities related to the sport.
Adhere to all institutional conference and governing body rules and regulations.
