Responsibilities

• Single Point of Contact for Julius Baer worldwide and for external queries in the area SWIFT.
• Responsible for the SWIFT Gateway application and its interfaces and processes.
• Perform daily monitoring of the SWIFT Gateway, document and escalates deviations or disruptions.
• Ensure operational stability and availability of the SWIFT infrastructure.
• Examine status messages and alerts; conduct root‑cause analyses on incidents.
• Participate in SWIFT-related incident topics.
• Responsible for SWIFT, SIC and SECOM releases, including change review and testing.
