**Role Summary/Purpose:**

Reporting to the **Home & Auto EVP & CEO** , the **SVP, Home Core Leader** is accountable for leading Synchrony’s partner/industry strategy and commercial performance across the **Home** **Core segment** of the Home & Auto platform. This role drives profitable growth across multi‑billion‑dollar portfolios through disciplined commercial execution, new partnership strategies, and strong operating cadence across a complex, matrixed organization. As an enterprise commercial leader, the SVP sets segment strategy, ensures execution against growth and profitability targets, strengthens partner relationships, and develops leadership talent across the organization.
