Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, Basis of Design (BoD) frameworks, and QA/QC protocols
- Own technical review and approval at key project milestones to ensure design integrity
- Serve as the senior technical authority for cross-discipline coordination across mechanical, electrical, and controls functions
- Lead and develop the Engineering team, including Senior Electrical, Mechanical, and Controls Engineers
- Establish scope requirements and performance expectations for external EORs and design consultants
