SVP & Deputy General Counsel, Employment

**Description**

The SVP & Deputy General Counsel, Employment leads the global employment law strategy in partnership with the Chief People Officer and HR leadership, aligning the Company’s people priorities with business objectives. The role oversees and develops the Employment Law team while providing expert counsel on a wide range of employment matters, including terminations, workforce reductions, discrimination, wage and hour compliance, employee relations, contracts, policies, and adherence to key employment laws.

This position partners closely across the Company’s leadership to manage complex and sensitive issues, mitigate litigation risk, oversee employment-related disputes and outside counsel, support M&A activity, guide Total Rewards and Employee Relations initiatives, and proactively identify and address global employment risks.
