Responsibilities
Provide training and support to the Service Center Team on the hiring process including Behavior Based interviewing, posting internal and external job openings, and moving applicants through WorkDay. Handle employee questions regarding benefits, compensation, 401K, time off policies, etc.Provide support to the Management Team on the Progressive Discipline process.
