**Position Description & Qualifications**
Serco is seeking a Sustainment Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Exercise Planner to support the Joint Staff (JS) J-7 Deputy Directorate for Joint Training and Exercises (DDJTE) in Suffolk, VA. In this high-impact role, you will be part of an elite team responsible for enhancing the operational effectiveness of current and future joint forces. The Sustainment SME / Exercise Planner executes complex sustainment-related tasks throughout the exercise Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) and collaborates closely with Combatant Commands, geographic contract Joint Event Support Teams (JESTs), and government and military leadership to ensure realistic sustainment integration into all phases of joint training and exercise design.
**An active U.S. Department of War (DoW) Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access is required.**
