Sustainability Specialist

As Sustainability Specialist you will support the execution of the company’s sustainability strategy by ensuring reliable ESG data management, reporting, and driving sustainability initiatives. The role is responsible for maintaining high-quality ESG performance data, including Scope 3 greenhouse gas accounting, supports the implementation of sustainability measures and disclosures in line with applicable reporting standards. Working closely with cross-functional and site teams, the position ensures that sustainability and climate-related requirements are consistently embedded into operational processes and that regulatory developments are effectively translated into practice. It also supports the continuous improvement of ESG methodologies, data quality, and internal controls, while contributing to audit readiness and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and the improvement of sustainability performance across the organization.
