Sustainability Officer, ARYZTA APAC

This position plays a key role in coordinating environmental and social performance data, supporting emissions, water, waste, sustainable sourcing and packaging initiatives, while embedding sustainable practices across manufacturing sites and offices. The Sustainability Officer role also assists with supplier engagement, internal communications, and continuous improvement activities, helping drive consistency, transparency, and measurable progress across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Sustainability Data & Reporting
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate sustainability data across APAC sites (energy, water, waste, emissions, packaging, social metrics).
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sustainability reporting aligned to ARYZTA global frameworks (e.g. ESG, climate, and internal KPIs).
