Overview
Sustainability Manager leads the end-to-end management of architectural and interior design (ID) deliverables and drives the projects sustainability strategy from concept through handover. The role ensures design excellence compliance with Qatar authority requirements achievement of target sustainability ratings (e.g. GSAS/LEED) and seamless coordination among clients consultants contractors and suppliers. The ideal candidate brings deep Qatar market experience fluency in Arabic and proven capability to secure timely approvals and deliver high-performance cost-optimized and user-centric projects.

Design Leadership
- Lead and coordinate architectural and interior design across all stages (Concept Schematic Detailed Design IFC Shop Drawings As-Built).
- Own the design brief project design standards and the management of design changes (change control).
