Sustainability leader

Drive the plant’s sustainability strategy, aligning it with the 10 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) action areas, with a special focus on decarbonization.

Conduct risk analysis and site sustainability reporting using methodologies such as GRI, SASB, and ESG standards. Raise awareness and provide training on ESG culture. Design ESG strategies. Ability to build relationships with institutions and companies to develop partnerships and strategies. Experience, knowledge and skills Degree in Sustainable Development Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced English. Knowledge in the field of sustainability according to the ESG methodology. Knowledge of sustainability risk and opportunity analysis (CSR, carbon footprint, water footprint, etc.).
