Sustainability Consultant - 3 Years Contract

As a CBRE Sustainability Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and execution of sustainability programs. This position is integral to the Sustainability function, focusing on the implementation of environmental and social sustainability initiatives.

• Support building owners on the feasibility study of engineering solutions and conduct life‑cycle costing to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Have basic knowledge on the design of ACMV systems and M&E services to achieve operational and cost efficiency.
• Develop and execute energy, water and waste strategies and assessments to drive the sustainability agenda.
• Oversee and manage the Green building certification/re‑certification of buildings.
