Sushi Production Specialist

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Somerset West is seeking a Sushi Production Associate to produce sushi recipes per plan and support promotions with the Sushi Chef. Maintain hygiene and assist with stocktakes and waste scans while upholding food safety standards.

The role requires proximity to the store, Grade 12 education, fish-cutting experience, English communication, and knowledge of sushi recipes and SOPs. On-site position with daily responsibilities.
