Sushi Production Specialist

Pay Group is seeking a Sushi Assistant for the Brackenfell store in the Western Cape. The role focuses on producing sushi according to the production plan, maintaining hygiene and the cold chain, and preventing cross-contamination.

You will support stocktakes and contribute to waste reduction while upholding food safety standards. The position requires Grade 12, experience in cutting and filleting fish, and a solid knowledge of sushi recipes.
