Job Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, and other Japanese dishes.
• Skillfully slice fish and other ingredients into appropriate sizes and shapes.
• Make and season sushi rice with perfect form and consistency.
• Select and order high-quality, fresh ingredients.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of work experience. Expert in preparing and cooking sushi in a cold kitchen
• Preferably candidates with overseas experience
• Fluent in English
