A21 is seeking a dedicated Caseworker in Cape Town to support survivors of human trafficking through various programs. Responsibilities include providing emotional and psychological support, managing crisis situations, and liaising with external agencies. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a relevant field, with at least two years of experience, and strong interpersonal skills. This role requires commitment to ethical standards and supporting the mission of A21. Competence in Microsoft Excel is also necessary.
