As a Surveying Technician on Pomerleau's Civil Engineering & Infrastructure team, you'll work closely with all workers to ensure coordination of the work. Working on large-scale construction projects ranging from $1.5 million to more than $1 billion, you'll have the opportunity to accompany and support the team member and participate in the completion of work according to specifications.

What You Will Do

• Land surveying: Use surveying instruments to measure and record topographic data;
• Set up points and benchmarks: Place benchmarks on site to guide construction work (underground services, curbs, sidewalks, paving, etc.);
• Communicate information: Ensure that all project participants have the information they need to make progress;
• Monitoring and control: Supervise and inspect work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications;
