Survey Design Technician (Naperville, IL)

Job Description
Role Overview:
 • Office-based Survey Technician / CAD production role
 • Heavy AutoCAD Civil 3D (≈80% of day)
 • Focused on creating survey drawings and deliverables
 • More of a “doer” / drafter vs reviewer
 • NOT a legal/QC-heavy role

Day-to-Day:
 • Create and edit survey drawings using Civil 3D
 • Work with topographic surveys, boundary data, and maps
 • Process field data into usable CAD deliverables
 • Perform basic boundary calculations
 • Produce survey plans, plats, and mapping outputs
 • Support internal engineering/survey teams
