Being a Surgical Assistant at TLC Laser Eye Centre (an affiliated entity of Vision Group) means helping the surgeon in the operating room, anticipating their actions and preparing their work tools, and teaming up with them and other caregivers to support the patient from the start to the end of their experience. The wage range for this role is between $23.22 - $26.70/hr.
