Job Introduction

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Road Surfacing Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our site operations, responsible for leading people, delivering excellence, and driving day‑to‑day success. You will also be working on the supervision of the asphalt machine and be working on road surfacing across London Boroughs.

Your role will include:

  • Managing surfacing schemes across both the local road networks
  • Leading daily briefings and maintaining strong on‑site presence with Team Leaders and Operatives
  • Completing all site paperwork and admin in line with our Business Management System Reflow
  • Ensuring works are delivered to the highest standard and meet contract specifications
  • Identifying any variations and reporting them to the Operations Manager / Commercial Team
  • Optimising cost control and operational efficiency, working to agreed budgets
