Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise well testing activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Monitor and operate well testing equipment and processes.
• Collect, validate, and report well‑test data.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and logistics.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Maintain equipment integrity and operational readiness.
• Supervise well testing crews and contractors.
• Ensure equipment is correctly installed, operated, and maintained.
• Monitor testing parameters and data quality.
• Coordinate with drilling, completion, and production teams.
• Prepare operational reports and testing summaries.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
