**Job Description**
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with flexibility between working onsite and remotely. The role resides in the Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions (PS) business area. With facilities in Huntsville AL, Hudson, NH, and Cedar Rapids, IA; PS designs and manufactures state-of-the-art systems and technology that enable our customers to execute their precision strike missions.

As the SureStrike IRAD and Capital Program Manager, you will be dedicated full-time to leading multiple teams of engineers and functional staff in developing and producing next generation seeker technology.
