CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate production scheduling, monitoring and adjusting the forecast to meet the business needs. Monitor and ensure adequate inventory level for all branches to meet the business's service level. Prepare WIP reports in AS400. Coordinate with Warehouse team and set shipping priority according to consumption rate for each branch. Ensure adequate raw materials availability for production. Lead day-to-day activities of team. Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, direct efforts and provide technical guidance on more complex issues. Provide input into hiring, firing, and performance reviews. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education High school degree or equivalent.

Relevant Work Experience At least 3 years experience in operations and supply chain management.
