Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DIRECTORATE of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU. Responsibilities You will Serve as the Special Programs Budget Officer, provides management, advice, and expertise on all phases of Operations and Maintenance (OM) POM and budget and administration of multiple funding streams. You will review requirements, justification, and prepares estimates of the costs for the various programs i.e. Program Budget Decisions (PBD) and Program Budget Review (PBR). You will prepare, review, justify and defend Unfunded Requirements (UFRS). You will provide technical guidance and recommendations to the Deputy Comptroller, Comptroller and Squadron Executive Officer/Commanding Officer.
