- Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- Spares planning for Dealers & Audit on Regular basis
- Meeting with Distributors & Sub dealers on Monthly basis
- Reconciliation of Dealer account at service end.
- Maintaining service Call and evaluating TAT for all Dealers daily basis & improvement plan.
- Resolving Customers problems and improve customer service.
- Should have technical Knowledge on RAC & VRF , Technical site visits for support.
- Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
- Maintaining strong relationships with dealers, and sales representatives.
- Training to new Technicians on Carrier Product & EH&S.
