SUPV CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a SUPV CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Fleet Support Contract Division of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will establish work assignments to be accomplished by employees in the program, setting priorities, preparing schedules for work completion, and ensuring the timely performance of satisfactory work efforts. You will determine responsibilities, evaluate employee performance, recommend appropriate incentives, initiate corrective actions, assures safety practices, and keep employees informed of management and personnel policies. You will be responsible for the full scope of contract analysis to include procurement of supplies, services, construction, research and development.
