Support Worker

Join us as a Support Worker and provide motivational support and guidance to our participants, both on an individual and group basis, from initial engagement and assessment through to exit from the programme.

You’ll work from one of our CFO Activity Hubs, aimed at providing tailored support to offenders following release from prison and to those serving community sentences. Alongside our established team, you’ll, lead and participate in hub activities and interventions, enabling our participants to change their lives and make a positive contribution to the local community.

We need your excellent planning and communication skills as you provide regular keywork and group sessions to a caseload of our participants. Following an initial assessment, you’ll create a plan tailored to individual needs.
