Support Worker

At Bright Futures, we champion the potential of every person with autism and a learning disability, believing wholeheartedly in their ability to thrive and lead the most fulfilling lives. We’re looking for passionate and caring Support Workers to join our specialist home in Rainford, St Helens.

Our home at Higher Lane is a four bedroom adult home in Rainford, St Helens. The people we support enjoy trips out to the beach, nearby farms and even local shopping trips to help with their independence skills. One of their favourite activities is swimming but they also enjoy sensory play, watching films, baking, listening to music, arts and crafts, and attending college for further education.

As a Support Worker, you will be a key part of their day-to-day support team, actively valuing and amplifying what matters to them, empowering their communication and independence, planning fulfilling activities. You will also keep records of their needs, support provided and progress...
