About the Role
:A typical day will include support with personal care, ensuring that appropriate clothing is selected for the day ahead, oral hygiene and medication. They will also need support with the selection, preparation and eating of healthy meals.
This will be a 24hr package; it is to support a young lady with complex needs based in Falkirk. This will be on a 121 basis throughout the day and a waking night Support Worker. Shifts will consist of 07:30 – 19:30 and Waking nights 19:30 – 07:30.
You will be required to support her to professional appointments such as GP, Dentist, and any other appointment they may need support with.
