Support Worker - Extra Care

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based at Capel Court, Pillgwenlly, NP20 2FG

16 - 30 hours per week, Flexible mornings or afternoons (mornings 7am - 2pm and afternoons 4pm, 6pm to 10pm)

The Role of a Support Worker

As a Support Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by
