We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position as Support to Manager in Engineering Airframe Resource and Competences (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

Support the Resource review and on ad hoc request the preparation of MBR (Monthly Business review) for some Airframe Domains and for Airframe level consolidated view together with our Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP)

Support the Domain managers to deal with Resource levels (e.g adaptation of the existing Workforce) to meet the Headcount Targets

Conduct skills analysis activities to determine needs and priorities for management decisions in terms of staffing. This activity is performed using continuous creation and monitoring of minimum socle of competence, critical skills and age analysis
